This design-build project was for a building with 30 apartments and office space. It meets challenging Passive House requirements, making it one of the most energy efficient, comfortable, and durable buildings in North America. The construction includes: air-tight building envelope, high-performance heat recovery ventilation, and solar voltaic panels.
