Westsyde Pool

This project involved a major building envelope upgrade on an older municipal building, and a lobby renovation. We replaced the roof and some exterior walls, while protecting the existing pool and hot tub. This involved hazmat handling. Some HVAC equipment was upgraded and integrated with the existing system.
