Evergreen Acres (Phase 1 & 2)

Evergreen Acres consists of 2 phases of affordable housing for seniors, for a total of 40 new units. Phase 2 included an Amenity Building for community gatherings for the residents, and a revenue source if renting the facility out.  The project was built to meet Energy Step Code 4, which exceeds building code energy efficiency requirements. Landscaping provided a bocce/lawn bowling area, along with a gazebo gathering area and accessible garden beds for planting.
