Cedar Terrace

Cedar Terrace is a 44 unit, affordable housing apartment for seniors.  The design and construction achieved Energy Step Code 3.  The property was amalgamated and integrated with the neigbouring Juniper House, a Passive House project, completed five years prior.  Amenity areas were provided indoors and outdoors.  Landscaping included exterior amenities for resident integration, gardening, gathering in the gazebo, among other activities.
