Chanel Place

Located in downtown Kamloops, this project involved consolidating two lots, demolishing existing buildings and constructing a new, wood framed, three-storey, 18-unit apartment. The design was based on the micro-living concept, for people who want a simplified lifestyle and a smaller carbon footprint.
